oh hey! welcome back to you and to me! i’ve been in and out from blogging and chose to go on a hiatus to re-think the blog and life tbh. since the last post, i’ve been healing and growing. meeting new and exciting people…whether or not they know…my life has changed for the positive again. i took a fun road trip to Tucson to visit friends, a skip and quick flight to explore Seattle again, and had a wonderful staycation here in San Diego. all the while i’ve been working on creating content and exploring different aspects of what kind of content i would like to share. there are more good things to come.

have a low-quality sound, including soft cracks and a raw sound. lo-fi combines jazz, house, and hip-hop beats to create a calm and easy listening aura you can play while studying, relaxing, or sleeping too. You can usually hear raw instruments or notes in the songs, as well as small samples of dialog or settings. it’s soft, chill, background music. I find these playlists on Spotify. My favorite ones are Jazz Vibes, Chill Lofi Study Beats, & lofi hip hop music – beats to relax/study to. There’s quite a few playlists available to choose from.
are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. when you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes. a small way to foster positive thinking and self-empowerment is a great form of self care.
+ natural beauty
have you ever just looked at the clouds and notice how beautiful they form? or how the ocean is just so calming watching it crash back and forth along the shore? these are the little things I take time to enjoy. it brings me peace and calmness. it helps practice mindfulness and being in the moment.
